- Providing a website featuring non-downloadable photographs in the field of generative art and technology
- On-line video journals, namely, vlogs featuring nondownloadable videos in the field of software development and entrepreneurship
Use of the Crashbytes® trademark without express written permission from Blackhole Software, LLC is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use may violate trademark laws and could result in legal action.
